Elettronica SANTERNO ‘s SUNWAY TG TE line includes three-phase photovoltaic inverters of various power ratings designed and built for DC/AC conversion and connection of photovoltaic systems to the national public grid.
The SWAP convention on the SANTERNO SUNWAY TG TE line is for the portion of the inverter range equipped with the modular converter module, namely the following models:
- SUNWAY TG 610 800V TE
- SUNWAY TG 730 800V TE
- SUNWAY TG 750 1000V TE
- SUNWAY TG 760 1000V TE
Based on internal statistical data, it is found that about the 95% of malfunctions observed on the above models depends on a localized failure in the converter module, where the most advanced features (control logic, current and voltage measurements, software-integrated interface protections, self-diagnostics, serial communication) and the most important hardware components (IGBT bridge, Gate Units, Control Units, etc.) are concentrated.

We are able to intervene promptly By replacing the modular converter module failure of models SUNWAY TG 610 800V TE, SUNWAY TG 730 800V TE, SUNWAY TG 750 1000V TE, SUNWAY TG 760 1000V TE, with a fully remanufactured converter module with 24-month warranty, always available At our warehouses.
Of course, we also intervene in the same way, on the AC/DC modules of inverters, where typically some critical electromechanical components such as AC/DC EMI filters, Disconnect Switches, protectors and components deputed to measurement and monitoring are housed.
We are able to guarantee a maximum time to restore inveter operation within 5 working days (valid for SOUTH Italy – excluding islands) from the call.
