Vinay Uchil

Chairman of the Board of Directors of STI S.r.l, former Chairman and Executive Director of MARINE ELECTRICALS Ltd. Born in Mumbai, India, he holds a BA in Instrumentation from Swami Vivekananda College of and an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management.

He has over two decades of experience in this segment. He joined “M/s. Marine Electricals,” as a company owned in 1995 and has been actively involved in the Marketing, Finance and Administration functions of the Organization’s Solar & Marine Division ever since. His contribution is instrumental in expanding the Company’s business and has taken the business to a new level by diversifying the activities of various Business Units, e.g. Defense, Shipping, Marine & Non- Marine Sectors & Renewable Energy.

Italy is a very different country from where I was born, lifestyles, traditions and methodologies are very different. However, in the arduous business we have chosen to undertake for STI REPAIR, the determination and passion that only Italians possess is crucial. Preserving the DNA and leading the company into the future will be a priority mission for me.

Stephen Piunti

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Founder, CEO and VP, earned qualification as Electromechanical Technician from IPSIA in San Benedetto del Tronto, AP, and after 10 years of field experience, founded the current STI Ltd.

A mentor and passionate innovator, he is constantly researching new business, automation systems/work methodologies and at the forefront of various team cohesion and personnel management. He oversees and actively collaborates on all strategies of the Marketing, Repair and O&M divisions. He manages together with his team all the Administrative and Financial part. Extensive and in-depth techno-commercial experience in the world of Industrial Automation and Photovoltaics with over 30 years of experience.

I have always believed in people and find great satisfaction in helping my colleagues excel and achieve professionally, the driving force is the indispensable trust as an act of courage and esteem, on these principles I founded and govern STI REPAIR.

Franco De Santis

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Counselor and technical director. He holds a diploma of Electrical and Electronic Industries Technician. He has over two decades of experience in the fields of Electrical Installations, Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, HMI Programming, SCADA System Programming.

He has gained more than a decade of experience in the field of Wastewater purification with acquisition of the know-how of biological processes and their automation. Performed design services for electrical distribution boards and Industrial automation. In the photovoltaic sector, he and the team designed a biaxial solar tracker with tracking based on astronomical algorithms implemented on PLC; between 2008 and 2010, more than 1,800 units were sold and are still operational. He has acquired specific expertise in the electronics of power conversion systems. He currently coordinates the entire pool of technicians. Through the R&D department, it contributes to the company’s growth and technological development.

Franco De Santis

If there is one place I would like to be, it is right here and now, where I am called upon to solve challenges that continually redefine my boundaries. Time has no value in the presence of issues, as my dedication to problem solving is unrelenting.

Alexander Pelusi

CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER

After graduating (cum laude) in Business Administration from the University of Rome 3, he specialized by obtaining a Master’s degree in Strategic & Operational Marketing. He began his professional career in Finance, as an Independent Advisor, in the Corporate branch; from this position, in 2008, he came into contact, for the first time, with the world of Renewable Energies, as an analyst specialized in the economic-financial evaluation of investment projects of various kinds (photovoltaic, wind, etc…).

Intrigued by the technical, technological and innovative aspects of the photovoltaic sector, he decided to delve into its commercial, contractual and implementation issues, holding, in the meantime, various roles within companies engaged in the front line of plant design, construction and maintenance.

Full awareness of economic/financial aspects, mastery of issues pertaining to marketing and sales, and knowledge of technical and design aspects generate a unique “hybrid” profile.
Contributes to the design and implementation of business development lines, from both strategic and operational aspects. It represents the trait d’union between the company and the outside world, with special reference to business aspects.

Sustainability ambassador. Every day on the front lines to subvert the linear paradigm in favor of a new circular approach, based on minimizing our carbon footprint on this Planet.

I am obsessed with creating mutual and shared value, the only prerequisite for building sustainable and satisfying relationships.

Denis Di Buò

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Advisor and responsible for maintenance activities, plant engineering, MV/LV substations and general Electromechanics.

More than 25 years of direct experience in plant construction, coordination and supervision of technical site resources, materials procurement, and execution of activities within the budget and schedule agreed upon in the design phase.

Denis Di Buò

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

More than 25 years of direct experience in plant construction, coordination and supervision of technical site resources, materials procurement, and execution of activities within the budget and schedule agreed upon in the design phase.

In any profession, experience is a fundamental pillar, but it is in the theater of a construction site that it becomes critical: in managing personnel, orchestrating schedules and choosing manners, it is experience that erects an insurmountable boundary between excellence and mediocrity.

Ilaria Neroni

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As a Financial Manager, I embarked on my career path by obtaining a diploma as Accountant Programmer at the Augusto Capriotti Technical Commercial Institute in San Benedetto del Tronto in 1996. My career began with a significant two-year stint in a firm of associate accountants, an experience that fueled my desire for independence and paved the way for my joining Team STI, where I began as an accountant. The passion then that I have always had for this work has guided my path, contributing significantly to my professional growth. I deal with every aspect of finance, from banking institution management to stakeholder relations. I am responsible for cash flow management, always ensuring sufficient liquidity to support the company’s current operations and future investments. My goal is to optimize STI’s financial structure by strategically balancing debt and equity to foster sustainable and profitable growth.

My grandmother always used to tell me that all knots come to the comb, no statement has ever been so true in business, in fact no matter what a company produces, how much energy it spends on it, time and passion it puts into it, without comprehensive finance management that makes you understand the direction, those untied knots will probably become insurmountable tangles.

Marco Laudi

CHIEF QUALITY, HEALTH SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT

After graduating as an Industrial Technician with a specialization in Computer Science, several other work experiences, I started my career path in STI in 2008, initially holding the position of technical designer and project manager. I acquired significant technical and management skills, laying the foundation for my subsequent professional development. From 2008 to 2016, I held the position of Technician-Commercial, deepening my knowledge of all phases of the work process, from budgeting to design, from project management to construction site safety and staff training.

My growing experience and ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary aspects led to the position of HSE Manager in 2018, a challenge I accepted with great enthusiasm. Since then, I have embarked on a path of continuing education, participating in countless specialized courses that have provided me with the necessary skills to manage with full autonomy the areas of Health, Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental Management and, finally, Corporate Quality.

Marco Laudi

Little is said about corporate reputation, yet the long-term success of a company depends on it, especially in contexts where human beings and their art are at the heart of the processes. Safeguarding that reputation requires a complex structure that is based on high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. It is in this scenario that my role becomes crucial within STI.

Gino Bruni

CHIEF ICT OFFICER

An Industrial Technician graduate from the Montani Industrial Technical Institute in Fermo, I have accumulated more than ten years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and later as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in a major company in the industry. In 2010, I embarked on a new path in STI, where, since then, I have not experienced a single day of boredom – a fact I attribute to the innate passion for IT, an integral part of my DNA.

I work closely with the CEO and CMO to develop solutions that improve business productivity through automation of systems and processes. I am responsible for all hardware and all areas of IT, from IT systems development and management to data security, ensuring operational excellence in every aspect of information technology.

Revolutionary ideas, of process, of production, of management, are always driven by creative minds, but to materialize, sooner or later they must meet the hard law of numbers. In this context, I act as a bridge between creative genius and practical implementation, ensuring that innovative visions translate into technological and solid realities for the company.
