- Using the Aurora CVI Central software, check the Vpanel: if the threshold is different from 350V, in the Setup (DC side) submenu try decreasing the value of variable 112.

In the case of two values that are out of balance with each other, it is necessary to check the PV generator's isolation, then repeat the operation on the individual strings until indentifying on which of them the problem lies (The use of a megohmmeter can be functional for these operations).
(b) In case of two PV generator voltage values balanced with each other, try swapping the module with another one of the same rack.

If the machine is -TL version, the leads connected to Molex CN2 must connect to the 6-pin Molex connector on the thermostat side of the ACBox drawer.

connections in the dipswitch board.
Try swapping the module with one from a different framework. If
