The importance of testing
n the field of repairing industrial electronic equipment, with particular reference to obsolete and discontinued centralized photovoltaic inverters, it is not enough to have the right combination of expertise and experience to perform a diagnostic examination, identify the fault, and perform the intervention through repair or replacement of the single malfunctioning component.
In fact, once the repair has been carried out, it is necessary to be equipped with the necessary equipment and procedures for performing the functional tests and trials that can guarantee the final resolution of the fault or malfunction found.
The full reliability of the laboratory testing procedure necessarily comes from reconstructing as faithfully as possible the actual operating conditions of the equipment being serviced.
Only in this way can we be certain about the reliability of the repair carried out.

OUR RING TEST SYSTEM
A unique system, a proprietary infrastructure, entirely designed, built and managed by us, designed to faithfully recreate the real operating conditions of centralized photovoltaic inverters. Through this simulated, dynamic, industrial environment, we are able to validate every intervention on power modules and boards, ensuring complete functional testing consistent with what the inverter will face once reinstalled in the field.

DEDICATED POWER BLOCK TEST BENCHES
Thanks to our plant engineering expertise, we are able to test power modules even in the absence of the complete inverter. We design and manufacture custom benches for Power Stack of the most popular series: FIMER R (50, 69, 75, 141 kW), ABB, SMA and many others.
Each bench is equipped with remote interface, advanced diagnostics, and high-precision measuring instruments.
