Quality, safety and environmental policy
STI S.R.L. operates in the field of design, construction and installation and maintenance of technological systems in general, of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources and repair and regeneration of electrical equipment, in particular converters (inverters); it is fully aware that the adoption of a strategy aimed at the proper management of issues related to safety and the environment, turns out to be essential for its own success, for the image of reliability towards its Customers and for social responsibility towards other stakeholders.
Over the years, the company has demonstrated its ability to evolve and adapt to market demands. It was precisely from this philosophy that the intuition was born to create a division specializing in the repair of Photovoltaic Inverters, later expanded to include all those power electronics components traceable to the “conversion” part. The company’s current mission is to prevent plant downtime through preventive maintenance services with regeneration solutions for critical process devices, minimizing downtime through repair at the individual component level of the equipment involved.
It is the prerogative of STI srl to conduct its activities in such a way as to safeguard the environment and the safety of its employees and those acting within the company or outside workplaces.
The company is constantly committed to the prevention of all accidents, injuries and occupational diseases through the active and proactive participation of each worker.

- eliminating where possible safety hazards to operators and pollution hazards to the environment;
- identifying hazards and correcting or controlling risk situations specific to the industry and related to its activities with particular reference to electrical and work at height;
- proposing technical and innovative solutions aimed at the regeneration of Photovoltaic Inverters as a contribution to the development of the Circular Economy, abandoning the outdated linear “produce-use-throw-away” paradigm for an economic model based on durability and reuse;
- reducing risks by taking protective and control measures to make them acceptable and compatible with long-term business objectives;
- minimizing, where technically feasible and economically viable, any negative impact towards the environment of its activities, its products and other activities on which it may have influence;
- Adopting ethical behavior aimed at full awareness of the company’s social responsibility to stakeholders.
The organization intends to implement the above by making the following commitments:
- Implement and maintain an effective Integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI EN ISO 45001;
